What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic foundation is person-centered. With compassion and openness, I offer an easy-going and genuine approach to providing your care. This foundation allows me to make sure everyone who steps into my space feels comfortable and safe.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The initial appointment will involve me asking and gathering basic information about you and your background and discuss goals (things to work on in therapy). You are the captain of your own ship, you know yourself better than anyone, and I will take your lead on what you think would be most important and beneficial to discuss/work on in therapy.
