Getting to know Lindsay Pavelock

My focus is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore both their challenges and strengths without judgment. I work with individuals experiencing depression, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), trauma, veteran and military-related concerns, and work-related stress. I understand that feelings of exhaustion, grief, guilt, confusion, or anger can make it difficult to see a path forward, and I strive to help clients feel empowered as they work toward meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I draw from Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals. My goal is to help clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and build resilience while moving toward greater well-being.
