Psychotherapist
NH
Hi there, I’m Lindsay, and I’m so glad you’re here. I know reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I want you to feel comfortable from the very beginning. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly, explore what’s on your mind, and begin moving toward the changes you’d like to see in your life. With over 10 years of experience as a therapist, I bring compassion, understanding, and a collaborative spirit to every session. My approach I believe there’s no “one size fits all” in therapy. Everyone’s story is unique, so I like to draw from different approaches to see what feels most supportive for you. Sometimes that means using practical tools to help shift unhelpful thought patterns, other times it’s focusing on mindfulness, coping strategies, or deeper healing work. I enjoy using a variety of modalities to help clients including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), EMDR, and Solution Focused Therapy. Together, we’ll explore what resonates best for you, and I’ll encourage you to practice these skills outside of our sessions so you can start noticing real changes in your everyday life. My focus I work primarily with adults in individual sessions, and many of my clients come to therapy seeking support for challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, or major life transitions. I know these experiences can feel overwhelming and isolating at times, and my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you don’t have to face them alone. No matter where you are in your journey, I’ll meet you with compassion and tailor our sessions to fit your needs. Together, we’ll focus on building coping skills, uncovering strengths, and moving toward the changes that matter most to you.
