“She is a counselor and probably has heard a little of everything, so it is no judgement. She doesn't just do surface, she gets to the root and gives you different ways to handle trauma. I'm learning if you stay on the surface, you never get to the root. ”

What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapy is grounded in three principles that I hold as truths. 1. A good therapist is aware that they do not have the answers but rather the tools to help the client find the answers within. 2. Life is full of lessons that constantly repeat themselves. These lessons are designed to teach us the tools needed to be the best versions of ourselves. 3. EVERYTHING we go through is designed for our good. It is our job to pull the good out of challenges in order to grow into the best version of ourselves

What is your typical process for working with clients?

At our first meeting, I want to truly understand what brought you here. I often rely on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because of its transformative power. Together, we'll uncover how your thoughts shape your emotions. I'm here to support and guide you, helping you challenge those thoughts. Let's work side by side, paving your path to greater emotional peace and clarity.
