Hello, my name is Lindsay, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University. I love being a therapist; it is something I feel so privileged to do. As a client-centered therapist, I work toward creating a safe environment for you to learn skills, build strong foundations, and ultimately walk alongside you toward your goals.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have many years of experience working with adolescents and young adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression, anger and behavioral issues, or trauma and suicidal ideation. I use a mindfulness practices and person centered techniques to strive towards healing and growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As your therapist, I work toward creating a safe environment, for you to learn skills, creating building blocks, and ultimately walk along side you toward your goals. I am a person-centered therapist who will meet you where you are at without any judgment. I create a space based on trust and genuine care, and develop deep and meaningful relationships with my clients.
