Lindsay Walsh, LCSW-S, LCDC

Psychotherapist
TX
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with 8 years experience working with teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating identity, relationships, and mental health challenges. As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I’m passionate about creating a non-judgmental and affirming space where clients can express themselves fully and authentically. My approach to therapy is relational, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed, and I often incorporate approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness. Together, we might focus on exploring your identity and sense of self, developing awareness of what’s happening in your mind and how to notice and express your needs, increasing self-compassion, or finding ways of coping as alternatives to strategies that are no longer serving you well. I see therapy as a space for collaboration, flexibility, and genuine curiosity about what it's like to be you. In our first session we'll explore to what’s going on, what you are looking for from therapy at this time, and see if we might be a good fit to work together!
