You know what’s sexy? Experiencing intimacy that is safe, healthy, and filled with pleasure. And you deserve that! I recognize that talking about sex can be quite a vulnerable practice, but it can also be fun, enlightening, and empowering. Side by side, we’ll cry, laugh (a lot), and experience all the other very human emotions that accompany this journey. Beginning therapy with me starts with the formation of a non-judgmental, compassionate relationship that respects your autonomy and voice. In appreciation of your unique lived experience, we’ll collaboratively incorporate the ideas and values you bring into this space. Together, we can explore sexual issues, anxiety, identity, self-esteem, and anything else that moves you toward your desired, authentic self. I work with and welcome individuals and couples ranging from straight to queer, vanilla to BDSM, monogamous to polyamorous, and everything in between and beyond. Outside of the therapeutic space, I’m a proud queer woman who loves antique shopping, live music, reading, and playing games. I practice many of the therapeutic tools I use in session, which is why you can also catch me practicing yoga, spending time in nature, or meditating in the warmth of the morning sun. That’s a little about me; I can’t wait to meet you! Specializes in sex and relationship therapy LGBTQ+
