Lindsey Gischer, LPC

Psychotherapist
MO
Hi, I'm Lindsey. Since the pandemic, anxiety and depression have reached us on a global scale, and everyone is in need of a connection to reduce their pain. Being aware of the mind-body-spirit connections, I guide my clients on reaching their goals as well as meeting them where they are without judgment. The majority of my clients seem to want similar things: peace, balance, and acceptance. I resonate with being an intuitive, holistic therapist that uses a variety of techniques such as CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), and solution-focused therapy to reduce levels of suffering. My specialties include working with anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum support, family relationships, grief and bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, phobias, and stress. I know reaching out takes courage, so this is my invitation. By providing a safe and nonjudgmental space, I can help you process your emotions and develop coping strategies that work for you. Together, we can navigate life's challenges and build a brighter future. I promise you won't regret showing up for yourself.
