Stuck in a pattern of self-doubt, anxiety, and perfectionism? Trouble finding peace within yourself, and always looking for a relationship, or other distractions, to fill the gaps? You don't have to stay stuck and anxious. I help people feel grounded, connected, and enough just as you are. My approach I help create a space where you can start building self-understanding, compassion, and acceptance. We work together to give you tools for grounding to start feeling better right away, while also shaping more positive self-beliefs to reach your future goals. My focus Struggling with a new relationship, or finding yourself repeating the same relationship over and over again? Or going through a major transition with work or family, and need some help with all the uncertainty? I help adult individuals manage relationship anxiety, life transitions, and address childhood wounds that were left unseen. My communication style I use a warm, gentle yet direct approach, creating a welcoming space for you to explore your needs, feelings, and hopes for the future. I practice actively listening, creating a space for reflection and deeper self-understanding. My journey to mental healthcare I have an affinity for learning about people, which started as a kid, listening to help radio shows, and then expanded to working in the service industry in college. I started taking psychology classes, which piqued my interest. This grew into working in the mental health field and art therapy, and shaped my approach. My goals for you We'll spend time at the beginning of our work together, exploring your needs, strengths, and future vision for your life, and craft together treatment goals for our work together. I use my training in EMDR to work with clients in addressing limiting belief systems while addressing trauma issues. My first session with you In our first session we'll review your current needs and difficulties while also focusing in identifying specific goals for our work together.
