Hello, I'm glad you're here and took the first step of finding a therapist to help you! My name is Lindsey Koch. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Northern Kentucky University. I provide mental health therapy via telehealth in the state of Ohio. I primarily work with teens, young adults, adults, and the geriatric population. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, coping skills, and women's issues. I foster an empathetic, nonjudgmental approach to therapy where clients feel safe and empowered to share their story and the challenges they are facing. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a treatment modality, which aims to challenge negative thinking patterns and replace them with more positive, true thoughts. Clients can expect to learn new coping skills, relaxation techniques, and ways to enhance their mental well-being. Together, we will work on your goals to help you feel more prepared to take on life's challenges.
