It's a great day to start therapy! Perhaps you have been needing to talk to someone for a while. You may have been carrying a heavy emotional or mental load alone for some time now and not found the right person in your life to help you through it. Don't carry it alone. Through professional counseling, we create a relationship that cultivates your strengths and helps you reach for your highest and best. I hold a Master's in Counseling and Guidance from Texas A&M University-San Antonio, which has equipped me to support clients effectively. As an Existential psychotherapist, I focus on helping all people, regardless of their circumstances or abilities, to embrace their experiences and create a meaningful life for themselves. What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapy practice is especially set up to be comfortable for Autistic people and their families. The professional office is private and fun. Children and siblings are welcome to accompany clients and may use the waiting room, playroom, and bathroom. You are welcome to bring snacks, sketchbooks, and other comfort items. Scheduling is flexible, fast, and easy online. My clients have access to text me as needed. I'm here for you!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide therapy to help neurodivergent people and their families through creatively talking, practicing art, and playing in ways that help develop their resilience, relationships, and skillfulness.
