“Honestly the most wonderful understand human being I’ve ever met. She lets me blurt out everything while validating me and gives me actual tailored and constructive feedback back and tools to help me make sense of my overwhelming mental state. She does all of this with a smile and jokes like I’m talking to my best friend. She has done everything to make me feel comfortable in her space. A true blessing.”

Getting to know Lindsey Moretti

Hi! I'm Lindsey. Do you struggle with overwhelming thoughts that have impacted your daily life? Are you dealing with daily reminders of past events? Are there days when you feel burdened by even getting out of bed? I collaborate with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, and PTSD to develop coping skills that lead them to their goals of becoming a happier, more fulfilled version of themselves. Together, we will establish your goals and the pathway to reach them. Along the way, I will educate you on coping skills, including deep breathing and mindfulness, to help you meet the day's challenges with deeper understanding and a sense of accomplishment in your growing capabilities. Whether you struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, or other concerns, I'm here to assist you on your journey. Asking for help is often one of the hardest things we can do, but also one of the most important and rewarding acknowledgments. I look forward to working with you and helping you overcome the challenges you are facing! I hold a Master's in Social Work from Pennsylvania Western University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.

What should a new client know about working with you?

During your first session we will spend time getting to know one another and developing a comfortable environment that promotes open and honest communication. We will work to discuss your history and the concerns that have brought you to therapeutic interventions. Following this first session as we continue to build a therapeutic rapport I will educate you on self care, mindfulness and other relaxation techniques for high stress times. We will establish your treatment goals and the path to take to reach those, then taking steps toward those goals.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Lindsey is able to comprehend the way that I am feeling when I cannot put it into words myself. Nobody else has been able to successfully do that for me, she is amazing. I can't wait to have more sessions with her!
Love her!
I have been a patient of Lindsey's for about 3 1/2 years now. She has helped me so much with some very hard times I've been through in that time. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking an unbiased, trustworthy, intelligent, warm, authentic therapist. I also love the fact that I can be myself 100% during every session and I know there is no judgement from her. Lindsey is the best and I will never see another therapist besides her!
