I also pull from other modalities as it meets the needs of the individual. I am committed to tailoring my techniques to the specific needs and goals of each client, recognizing the distinctiveness of every therapeutic journey. Through CBT, I work with clients to identify and alter unhelpful thought patterns, promoting healthier emotional and behavioral responses.
