I have been involved with therapy for 11+ years because I have experienced the benefits of healing, and this passion brings me to you. What should a new client know about working with you?

If past experiences are weighing you down, you don’t have to carry them alone. I specialize in working with individuals, women, and teens navigating trauma, PTSD, and relationship challenges, along with other burdens that may be affecting your well-being. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, self-esteem, life balance, or relationship difficulties, I offer a safe and supportive space to heal and grow. With over 11 years in therapy work, I’ve seen firsthand the power of healing—and it’s this passion that drives me to help others on their journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My specialty in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) allows me to help you work through trauma, ease distress & build resilience. This gentle, evidence-based approach helps you process difficult memories in a safe and supportive space, so you can find relief, regain a sense of control, and experience lasting emotional healing. Finding the right therapist can feel scary, but I will help take the fear out of it. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone call to see if we are a good fit to work together.
