I have trained under Lindsey Gibson's cohort, 'Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents: How to Heal from Distant, Rejecting, or Self-Involved Parents,' and I am EMDR-trained, equipping me with a diverse set of tools to help you navigate and overcome your challenges.
