What should a new client know about working with you?

It’s an honor for me to hear my clients’ stories and assist them in finding their own solutions and personal awakenings with the help of therapy. I strive to create a space where you can be heard and seen because you matter! Therapy doesn't have to be complicated. The hardest step is sometimes making the first outreach.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

It’s important to remember that therapy isn’t always easy—sometimes it can feel challenging and takes effort. Building comfort and trust between you and your therapist is a gradual process. At the same time, therapy can lead to meaningful and lasting changes in how you cope, think, and feel about yourself. I enjoy partnering with clients who are ready to explore their inner experiences and take positive steps forward, together.
