I am licensed in Florida with 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. If you don’t see an available time slot on my schedule, I’m typically pretty flexible and we can likely adjust times to meet your needs!

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in a strength based practice approach. We will together identify your unique strengths and challenges and develop a plan to ensure you achieve success and FEEL Better! I utilize cognitive behavioral, dialectical and solution focused psychodynamic therapy strategies.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When faced with overwhelming sadness, anxiety or grief, I invite everyone reaching out for supportive counseling to search for the best match for them to walk their journey of healing. I believe in human dignity and the power of positive healing and strength based practice approach. Together we will create a safe non judgmental space for you to explore limiting beliefs and find improved way to problem solve and heal trauma.
