My name is Linsay Hearns, and I have worked in the field of social work as a counselor for 15 years. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Walden University. My primary specialty is working with children, adolescents, and young adults, helping them adjust to life transitions, process feelings and emotions, and promote positive and creative self-expression. As a therapist, my approach is to cultivate a warm and empathetic safe space where clients can feel as comfortable as possible. Trust takes time, and I will meet you where you are!

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
