Welcome! I am here to support individuals and their families to find balance, recovery, and peace in a safe, authentic, and compassionate therapeutic environment. If you have struggled with traumatic or stressful events, depression, or anxiety and are seeking connection and healing, then I hope we can begin our work together. You can expect a calm, encouraging space where your story is honored and your nervous system is respected. Together, we can work towards less emotional reactivity, fewer intrusive thoughts and negative symptoms, more clarity and connection, and increased confidence and resilience. As an EMDR trained and trauma-focused therapist, I can help you gently process the experiences that feel heavy, overwhelming, or “stuck.” We will identify the roots of your distress, strengthen your internal resources, and then safely reprocess what’s been getting in the way of your peace and confidence to help you move to living with more ease and clarity. I encourage you to reach out and seek support to release old patterns, reduce emotional triggers, and create a greater sense of safety and self-esteem. I offer flexible telehealth scheduling and payment options via insurance, private pay, and sliding scale rates to be a resource for peace seekers including children, teens, adults, and family systems.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients can expect a welcoming environment of acceptance, respect, and compassion. Together, I will work with clients to identify goals, explore emotions, and establish emotional safety in their first session. My goal is to learn about and honor my client's lived experiences, identify sources of struggle and strength, and foster a therapeutic alliance where clients can feel encouraged to be fully present and themselves. My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to encourage clients to build resilience, foster emotional safety, and create meaningful change. I provide a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore and process symptoms and experiences of anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress to find relief and healthy coping. I welcome individuals (children, teens, and adults), couples, and families seeking growth, healing, and emotional balance.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer virtual therapy sessions to support clients in the safety of their own space to value their flexibility, convenience, and time. We will utilize our hour together to explore and establish goals, and work towards gaining deeper insight and understanding of how to support your growth, self-discovery, and symptom reduction to create peace within your inner experience. In our first session, we will also discuss different therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, Emotionally Focused, or Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify which approach is most helpful to your healing journey.
