What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not accepting Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to becoming a clinical social worker began with a passion for helping people navigate life's challenges and recognize their own strengths. Experience in behavioral health further deepened my commitment to providing care centered on the person. I bring this strong understanding of the challenges individuals and families face, along with a commitment to creating a safe space without judgment where people feel heard and supported, to my practice now. Empathy, clinical experience, and genuine compassion ground each session.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I'm passionate about empowering people to recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, and achieve meaningful change in their lives. That starts with care that is person-centered, built on your strengths, and responsive to your culture. You’ll find a supportive and collaborative environment here, one where your unique needs, experiences, and goals shape the work we do together. Trauma-informed care is part of how I help you name your strengths and work toward goals that matter to you. My style is compassionate, encouraging, and focused on solutions, and I adjust it to fit the person in front of me. Over the years, my specialties have grown to include behavioral health and mental health services, crisis intervention and stabilization, psychosocial assessment and treatment planning, and clinical supervision and staff development. I also support people with complex behavioral health needs. Behavioral health and advocacy are what I enjoy, as I want everyone to receive compassionate care.
