With over 30 years of experience as a clinician, I have successfully worked with a variety of clients. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University. My expertise includes anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, relationships, stress management, grief, and life transitions. I am a certified EMDR therapist, trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and incorporate aspects of other evidence-based treatments to meet the individual needs of my clients. My goal is to assist clients not only in coping with and managing their concerns but also in exploring underlying issues to resolve and reduce symptoms.
