What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment through clear and open communication. I practice active listening and provide space for reflection, partnering with you empathetically as you explore your experiences. My journey into therapy began with a deep desire to help others find strength in the face of life’s most difficult challenges. Before and during my graduate training, I had the privilege of working with survivors of trauma. These experiences revealed the profound impact that therapy can have in the healing process and solidified my commitment to walking alongside others on their paths to recovery. I am continually inspired by the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and change. Witnessing clients build confidence, discover resilience, or find peace makes this work deeply meaningful and fulfilling. Therapy is a shared journey, and I see our work together as a true partnership.
