My approach is positive; practical and proactive. I have been working in the counseling field for over 25 years. While I enjoy working with individuals of all ages; I have a passion for guiding adults to regain and increase their self-concept; encourage self-esteem and self-love and ultimately make positive changes to become happier individuals. I specialize in anxiety; PTSD; codependency; anger management; as well as relationship issues.
