With a background in both clinical social work and elementary education, I bring a unique perspective to the therapeutic process—one that combines compassion, expertise, and a deep understanding of personal and family dynamics. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and families as they face a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, parenting struggles, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I specialize in parent coaching, family consultation, and child and adolescent therapy, offering tailored support that empowers individuals and strengthens family connections. I also have extensive experience supporting executive functioning skills, helping clients develop strategies for organization, focus, and time management. Additionally, I work collaboratively with schools to ensure proper services and supports are in place, bridging the gap between home, school, and therapeutic care.
