Hello I have been a Licensed clinical social worker for 8 yrs and have been counseling in mental health for 12 yrs. I graduated in 2012 from Adelphi university with master of social work. Life changes and we have too adjust to the change or we can not move forward and become stuck. Several challenges can slow us down when our adjustment is needed. this can be due to ongoing mental health depression; anxiety; bipolar; past trauma and substance abuse I am trained in several different interventions to support and empower those I work with. i look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your life journey.
