Hi! My name is Lisa and I'm happy that you're here. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an MA, and I have a passion for helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of life. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, understanding, and collaboration. I believe that every person has the capacity to heal and thrive, and my role is to support you on that journey.
I specialize in working with children ages 5-17, as well as adults, including seniors. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, PTSD stemming from trauma, family relationships, intimate and romantic relationships, stress, and trauma. I have a particular focus on working with victims of domestic violence, helping them transition from surviving to thriving. Additionally, I assist with school-related issues, providing support for children and adolescents facing academic and social challenges.
