Are you looking for the best tools and knowledge to improve your life in the shortest time possible? I am passionate about helping my clients realize their strengths and feel truly understood. With a Master's in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and 35 years of experience in the field, I assist my clients in meeting their goals. I utilize a broad spectrum of treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based therapy, motivational interviewing, and art therapy. I specialize in treatment for ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, relationship issues, and trauma. I have worked with adults, children, and families, seeing clients both in person and via telehealth.
For 30 years, I worked at a County Human Services Department in Wisconsin, serving as a crisis worker, substance abuse counselor, and mental health therapist. I also have experience working in jails, a sexual assault resource center, a dialysis center, a palliative home care agency, and at the VA.
Three years ago, I moved to Nevada with my husband. I enjoy the sun, travel, and entertainment that the Southwest provides. I am fortunate to love what I do and to assist clients on their journey to improving their lives. I would love the opportunity to work with you.
