Whether you're exploring your unique neurodivergence or have a formal diagnosis of Autism or ADHD, this is a safe place to process, reflect, and grow. Anxiety, trauma, depression, and burnout can feel overwhelming; together we will work toward understanding your experiences, finding coping strategies, and building a path to healing and growth. I am enthusiastically neurodivergent affirming and work affirmatively with the LGBTQIA+ community. I'm here to listen, support, and collaborate with you every step of the way. My approach I use a person-centered approach, creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences while working toward self-acceptance and self-compassion. This hands-on approach provides tools for emotional regulation, anxiety reduction, trauma processing, and working through depression and burnout so you can feel safe. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and somatic therapy, which I adapt to your needs and may include mindfulness, art, writing, or other creative activities. My focus Do you feel like everyone got a rule book for how to function except you? Are you feeling burned out, anxious, or depressed? Are you recently diagnosed with Autism or exploring this for yourself? I'm here to help you identify and manage symptoms, unmask safely, and understand yourself better with self-compassion and acceptance. I am passionate about supporting you through your unique way of processing anxiety, burnout, depression, meltdowns, and trauma from the safety of your home. Whether diagnosed or exploring the possibility, I'm here for you. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova University, which informs my compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy.
