Getting to know Lisa Kuechenmeister

Hello My name is Lisa. Im a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor LPCC based in West Central Minnesota, where I live on a farm with my husband and two of our five sons. Im also a proud grandmother of two and a devoted follower of Christ. Life on the farm, spending time with family, reading, traveling, and camping are some of the ways I stay grounded and renewed. My journey toward becoming a therapist began back in the 10th grade, when I took my first psychology class and instantly knew this was the path for me. I earned my bachelors degree in psychology and later completed my masters degree in counseling psychology. Over the years, Ive worked in a variety of roles within the mental health field including as an individual and family skills counselor, program facilitator, and security counselor all of which have deepened my understanding of the human experience and shaped my holistic approach to therapy.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
