Getting to know Dr. Lisa Lewis

I have a casual, conversational, and collaborative approach with my clients. My view of the therapist/client relationship is one of partnership; you are the expert on YOU. My theoretical orientation is eclectic and includes cognitive-behavioral (CBT), systems, trauma-informed, polyvagal and solution-focused lenses. After 30 years as a psychotherapist, a PhD in social work, five grown kids (including a step child and a set of twins) and one divorce, I am prepared for anything that comes my way and I can help you be prepared too!
