Change happens when you feel connected and understood. I practice within a psychodynamic, relational frame that is experiential and depth-oriented with a trauma-informed lens. This is a deeper, ongoing, felt process, with emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. Together, we explore and uncover what may be un-accessed or avoided, recognize patterns, develop new perspectives, and experience a deeper, felt understanding for meaningful change. What is your typical process for working with clients?

I treat complex trauma; relational and developmental, anxiety, depression, binge eating and body image, relationship concerns, life transitions, and grief. My approach includes queer perspectives and is sex positive. I see teens, young adults, middle-aged adults, and couples. I am NYS Licensed and Nationally Registered-Board Certified Psychotherapist and Art Therapist with over 10 years of experience across institutional and private settings. I am also a psychoanalytic candidate, with advanced training in contemporary psychoanalysis through The Institute for Expressive Analysis NYC. Interested in incorporating Art Therapy?
