I specialize in working with adults affected by trauma or those struggling with anxiety or depression. As a practical, interactive, solution-focused counselor, my approach is to provide support with insight and feedback to assist you with your current concerns while also addressing persistent issues from the past. We will work together, building upon your strengths and achieving your goals. My overall desire is to provide you with an emotional and physical space where you will feel seen and heard. It is a privilege to walk alongside each person I see as they open up their lives, practice vulnerability, and evaluate where changes are needed. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor's degree from Seton Hall University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.
