I hold a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Human Development Counseling from the University of Illinois. With over 25 years of experience, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and older adults, in various settings. My expertise spans anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, addiction, trauma, grief, and many other challenges.
