I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 20 years, holding a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University - Los Angeles. I have a myriad of experience working with individuals of all ages and diverse cultural backgrounds who struggle with depression, anxiety, chronic illness, women's issues, and marital conflict. Life constantly brings transitions, and sometimes those transitions are difficult to cope with. Together, we will identify the challenges and seek solutions to bring emotional relief and joy.
