Hello! I work with adults 18-80 who experience depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, suicidal ideation, low self-esteem/self worth, PTSD, Complex PTSD, trauma related issues, sleep issues, relationship issues including narcissistic and domestic abuse, addiction, personality/mood disorders, and more. I work closely with Veterans and First Responders and look forward to increasing my work with these communities into the future. My ideal client is one who shows up knowing they need something different, even if they don't know where to start. I am a Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC), Certified Anxiety-Informed Professional (CAIP), Certified Specialist in Anger Management (CSAM), and Level II Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II) trained in the Flash Technique, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Harm Reduction, and Imagery Rehearsal Therapy (IRT) for nightmares. I've seen many new clients who have been misdiagnosed or have done talk therapy for years who are left feeling helpless or thinking there's no hope for them. There is hope. I love working with clients and watching them experience improvement whether it's addressing serious symptoms or dealing with minor issues to improve daily life.
