Hello, my name is Lisa Polo, and I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2002 in the state of Texas. In 2023, I received my LPC in Arkansas. I am also an LPC Clinical Supervisor in Texas. I earned my Master’s in Professional Counseling from Tarleton State University. I have worked in a variety of settings such as community mental health agencies, private practice, and managed care companies. I have conducted counseling with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. One of my strengths is crisis intervention with all populations. My treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, as well as psychodynamic therapy. I want you to know that I see each individual as unique, and I will attempt to discover your past coping skills so that you can develop more appropriate and healthy skill sets to address current issues.
