Whether it's professional growth, relationship issues, or boundary setting, I am here to support you along the way. With over 8 years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan in the field of mental health and addiction, as well as an administrative background, I have the tools to assist those starting therapy or continuing on their therapeutic journey hoping to make intentional change. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from New York University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to provide compassionate and effective care.

My approach is person-centered and trauma informed. I have a background in and understanding of creative arts and mindfulness tools. I seek to implement a holistic set of approaches to assist with the care for anxiety, depression, and life adjustments. Together we can work toward healing and growth.
