I specialize in relationship issues, anxiety, and self-esteem. Using CBT, IFS, and somatic therapy, with optional faith integration, I help women quiet the inner critic, understand patterns that keep them stuck, and rebuild confidence, self-trust, and emotional grounding.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Healing after a relationship that shook your sense of self can feel confusing and isolating. You deserve a space where your experiences are understood and respected. As a bridge between using insurance and paying entirely out of pocket, I offer the option of pursuing out-of-network reimbursement.
