Getting to know Lisa Senn

I believe in using Evidence Based Practice to help people reach their goals and improve their lives while providing empathy and compassionate listening to help people feel understood and not judged. Counseling, to me, is a blend of gaining insight into the causes of issues and finding ways to manage the unique challenges each person brings into therapy. I earned my Master's in Counseling from Sam Houston State University and my Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University.
