I earned my Master's in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on your path to well-being.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am certified in clinical hypnosis and draw on Internal Family Systems to help identify and work with different parts of yourself to facilitate deep, transformative healing. My work focuses on supporting individuals who are navigating addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, sexuality questions and other life adjustments.
