What should a new client know about working with you?

Each person is unique, and has a different life story. We will work together to create a therapeutic experience that is individualized to you and that you are comfortable with. I believe that trust and open coomunication are vital and lend themselves to the most effective changes. My goal is to be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session will be an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. If you are not sure what you want to achieve, we wil work together to figure it out! My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
