Getting to know Lisa Toth

I am a licensed mental health counselor in the states of Indiana and Arizona and received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been a counselor for over 10 years, with 5 years of experience working in community mental health and also at a private practice. I work with individuals who struggle with issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, and trauma. I also deal with faith based related issues and spirituality. I collaboratively work with clients to set and achieve their goals. I am passionate to help those who are hurting, those who seek healing, and those who desire to change. Together, we will discuss symptoms and stressors and begin to identify problem areas. After determining the most important areas of struggle, we begin developing and implementing steps on the journey of change and the healing process.
