As we work together, we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and we will focus on goals that are important to you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Dance/Movement Therapist, Somatic Movement Educator (in training), & Registered Yoga Teacher. I have been providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups since 2002. I have a Master's degree in Counseling & Dance/Movement Therapy. I specialize in Attachment, Trauma, Chronic Pain and Mindfulness. I offer years of experience working with people who have mental health issues to include Anxiety, Depression, Attachment, Trauma, Addiction, Stress, Parenting, Chronic Pain and Relationship Issues. In my free time I enjoy hiking, camping, skiing, dancing, and practicing yoga. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you on your healing journey.
