Self-exploration and discovery are threaded throughout the therapy process. We will work together to develop a plan that is going to work best for you. We will monitor this plan along the way to make sure it is working for you in a way that allows you to take actionable steps towards living life the way you want.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I currently focus on providing Mental Health Consultations and Behavioral Health Wellness Screenings. Both services work to identify areas of strength and any areas of concern. I will listen to your story, explore your medical history, symptoms, and goals. By understanding your emotional, physical, and psychological well-being, together, we can discuss the best treatment path for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We would meet virtually for 1 hour for 1-2 sessions.
