I hail from Northwest Indiana and was brought up on a farm, which has instilled in me a deep connection to Christian values. My expertise lies in relationships, trauma, and grief therapy, and I am passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives. I hold a Master's degree and am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. My specialties include stress, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, sex and intimacy issues, PTSD, anxiety, spirituality, depression, intimate and romantic relationships, grief and bereavement, eating disorders, anger management, trauma, and children's mental/behavioral health. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth services to accommodate your needs. In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and understanding environment where your voice is heard and valued. I extend my services to clients of all ages and diverse backgrounds, and I am committed to helping you achieve your goals and lead a happier, more fulfilling life. Outside of my professional life, I cherish spending time outdoors with my children, exercising, and being around animals. These activities help me stay grounded and bring balance to my life.
