I work to guide children ages four and older, adolescents, adults, and couples to reach their goals and experience a happier life. I specialize in working with First Responders, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, and addiction and understand how the impact of these challenges can often leave people feeling unable to participate in life roles that lead to life satisfaction. I work with clients at their own pace on identifying and utilizing their inner strengths to build and regain confidence utilizing various treatment modalities, including EMDR and Pet Therapy with my Golden Retriever Nash. I am passionate about therapy, and have worked in various settings where I have seen the power of therapy work in transforming many lives and am excited to share this passion with you. I am also passionate about serving clients, and feel privileged to work with all populations.
