I help women grappling with the symptoms of ADHD; self-doubt; and a relentless sense of falling short. They’re often held back by overwhelm; wavering motivation; and fear of failure. With various therapeutic and coaching techniques; I help them uncover and rewrite toxic messages they've internalized to foster self-compassion and authenticity. Through our work; clients shed their masks; embrace radical self-acceptance; and align their lives with their true potential; free from societal expectations. Aside from work; I have a wife; two small kids; 3 dogs; a cat; chickens; and an unreasonable number of hobbies.
