I’m a compassionate and dedicated licensed therapist with expertise in providing care for adolescents (ages 13-17) and adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges. I also incorporate Trauma-Focused CBT and Narrative Therapy to guide clients through past traumas while focusing on solutions and personal strengths. By employing a client-centered, goal-oriented approach, I foster trust and rapport with clients, encouraging them to explore their emotions, beliefs, and behaviors in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
