I'm a compassionate and dedicated licensed therapist with expertise in providing care for adolescents ages 1317 and adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges. With a strong foundation in evidence based therapies, I employ a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each clients unique needs. My therapeutic approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I work collaboratively with clients to address anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, panic disorders, and life transitions, particularly for young adults. I also incorporate Trauma Focused CBT and Narrative Therapy to guide clients through past traumas while focusing on solutions and personal strengths. As a therapist, I am dedicated to helping clients navigate their personal challenges in a safe and supportive environment. By employing a client centered, goal oriented approach, I foster trust and rapport with clients, encouraging them to explore their emotions, beliefs, and behaviors in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. The therapeutic process includes providing assignments, worksheets, and resources that empower clients to develop practical coping skills and make meaningful progress in their lives. In addition to the therapeutic techniques mentioned above, Iâm open to integrating faith based counseling if needed, bringing an additional layer of support to clients who seek spiritual guidance in their mental health journey.
