What should a new client know about working with you?

One size DOES NOT fit all which is why I believe therapy should be personalized to meet your unique needs and experiences. I offer an emotionally safe space where we will work together to identify unhealthy thought and behavior patterns that contribute to feelings of being stuck, hopeless, and alone. Together, we will ensure you have the tools necessary to develop and utilize coping mechanisms that are designed to elevate you to a space of personal growth and discovery.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, supportive therapeutic relationship. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from the process. You may be asked questions about your personal history, emotional well-being, and any challenges you are currently facing to help guide treatment planning. This session is also a time for you to ask questions, share your preferences, and learn more about how therapy works. Together, we will discuss goals, expectations, and next steps, ensuring the process feels collaborative and aligned with your needs. There is no pressure to share everything at once. Your comfort and pace are always respected.
